Dr.Anil A.R
Dr.Anil A.R Completed MCA from TKM College of Engineering in 1998, M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with Specialization in Digital Image Computing in 2002 from Department of Computer Science , University of Kerala. He completed PhD in Computer Science from Bharathiar University in 2021 in the area of Digital Image Computing. His research work in ultrasound image denoising is grounded in a robust foundation of computational theory and innovative methodologies, aiming to mitigate noise artifacts and improve diagnostic accuracy in medical imaging.
He has got 5 years of Industrial Experience as Engineer in the area of Web Development and Software Testing in various reputed organization including SSG Bangalore, Information Kerala Mission (Kerala Government Undertaking). He started his teaching career at KVM College of Engineering Cherthala in 2005 as Lecturer. He has undertaken the responsibility of Head of the Department, MCA during the period of 2005 to 2008. In 2008 he has joined as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Sree Buddha College of Engineering. He was promoted to the post of Associate Professor in 2013. He headed the department from 2009 to 2018.
During the course of period he has published around 10 papers in well reputed SCI and Scopus Indexed International and National Journals and has presented Research papers in International and National Conferences. Being the Chair of numerous conferences he had the privilege of collaborations among diverse experts in the field of Computer Science.
During his tenure as the State Students Coordinator of CSI from 2013 to 2015, he had attended National Conventions in Hyderabad, Coimbatore, and Vijayawada, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among IT enthusiasts from across the country. He is also member of Professional Bodies like ISTE and ACM.
Dr. Anil A.R has authored a comprehensive book on Computer Science and Engineering Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) tailored specifically for aspirants of GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) and NET (National Eligibility Test). Currently he is the HOD of Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning).
